I would like to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have pre-purchase queries please contact me to discuss as refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

I ask that you study my artwork carefully online before you place your order. Please allow for some colour variation between my artwork and the colour settings on your device, if you are unsure of the colours please do contact me to arrange a viewing by appointment.

Royal Mail Parcel Service is my preferred method of shipping as they collect the parcels directly from myself to deliver directly to you. By using this service I have found that great care is taken to deliver my artwork in the condition as when it left me. I add compensation and signed for options to all my Royal Mail parcels, this gives me piece of mind that if it doesn’t arrive with you as it should then a claim for compensation can be made.
